Pam Horack makes financial planning simple. After graduating college with her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, she began her financial career.
For over 20 years, she has worked in a variety of roles including customer relations, management and training and development roles in several banking, brokerage and mortgage companies.
Pam’s focus on financial education has helped her develop a style of taking complex financial ideas and making them simple to understand and implement.
At Pathfinder Planning, she developed her trademark “Mom” style of dishing out financial advice in a practical but caring way. She has been quoted in a variety of online and print publications including Yahoo! Finance, Parents Magazine, CNBC Online, Investment News and the Charlotte Observer.
With her downtime, Pam spends time reading and crafting - currently lots of cross stitch. She enjoys hiking and camping with her family and searching for items to pin to her Pinterest board titled "The Mountain House I Don't Have Yet."
Catherine DeMatte Burawski is a Pennsylvania native who has called Lake Tahoe, California home for the last 24 years. Along with her daughter, Mia, they enjoy a variety of outdoor sports, travel, family, arts and adventures.
Catherine recently veered from the world of art and design to explore wealth management. What she learned there became an integral part of how she sees the world and her passion for empowering women. Not only does she radiate a sense of bold design and creativity, she also embraces the science and numbers behind making a strong financial plan .

Karina is a “numbers nerd” who loves to puzzle out budgets. She received her Bachelors in Accounting Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and earned her Chartered Financial Consultant® designation from The American College of Financial Services.
She’s spent the last 20 years living across the U.S and overseas and has nearly a decade experience helping military families with their budgets by volunteering with the Navy Marine Corps Relief Society.
Karina enjoys drinking her morning coffee and reading. You can often find relaxing in her garden. She is always eager to explore new places and embraces challenges. Karina values building meaningful connections and making a positive impact on the world around her.
